  • All new employees will be assigned their own named Account Manager.
  • Employee / Account Manager ratio will be maintained at a constant level to ensure no loss of personal service.
  • Should it be necessary to leave a telephone message it will be answered same day/following day latest.
  • Emails received by 1500 hours on any normal working day will be answered the same day.
  • We will always endeavour to pay you the same day money is received from your Agency / Client if received before 2pm.
  • 24/7 access to your details on our secure online portal, allowing you total flexibility to choose when and where to upload your weekly time and expenses.
  • Online tracking of pay details, from initial input of timesheet, through to amount and date of payments to be received, putting you in complete control of your finances.
  • Your privacy is paramount. All personal data is secure on our https portal, the same secure and trusted technology as used by online banking.
  • If we disappoint in any way, complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 7 working days.
  • No nasty surprises. All charges are clearly explained upfront and absolutely no joining or leaving fees.
  • We will promote positive ongoing relationships between you, your client and any agency involved.
