Payquest Group is totally committed to providing the highest quality service which is both personable and measurable. Accordingly, we are delighted to promote the following service level agreement:

  • All new Agencies will be assigned their own named Account Manager.
  • Agency / Account Manager ratio will be maintained at a constant level to ensure no loss of personal service.
  • Should it be necessary to leave a telephone message it will be answered same day/ following day latest.
  • Emails received by 1500 hours on any normal working day will be answered the same day.
  • Under Data Protection Laws, no data will be shared with any third party unless agreed to in writing beforehand.
  • We will endeavour to pay your contractors the same day money is received if it is received before 2pm
  • Our highly experienced personnel are on hand to provide training / educational sessions to new and existing members of your recruitment team free of charge.
  • We will keep you regularly informed / updated of any legislative changes affecting the delivery of our service.
  • If we disappoint in any way, complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 7 working days.
  • We will endeavour to adapt our service to suit agency processes wherever possible.
  • We will provide the highest possible level of service to ensure an excellent ongoing relationship is maintained with all parties.
